How to Use the Platform

1. Complete Your Profile

  • Go to the Profile section and fill out your company information.
  • The more accurate and complete your profile, the higher the chance of attracting meeting requests.
  • Complete any additional requested fields to give participants a full understanding of your business.

 

2. View Participants & Request Meetings

  • In the Participants section, explore profiles using the search filters to quickly find participants that match your interests.
  • Click the Eye icon to view a profile in detail.
  • Click Request Meeting to send a request.

 

3. Manage Meeting Requests

  • Prioritise your outgoing requests using the 5-star rating system (5 stars = most important).

 

4. Review Your Agenda

  • Once the agenda is frozen, meetings are locked with fixed dates and times.
  • You can view, print, or share your agenda with others.
